, you will play a pivotal role in implementing Client First Principles across a diverse portfolio of medium to large accounts within our Corporate practice. Your focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service while consistently achieving revenue and expense budgets. You will manage client accounts end-to-end.

We will count on you to:

• Consistently achieve agreed service standards and foster long-term relationships with key client decision-makers.
• Proactively manage all aspects of account management and service delivery, ensuring client needs are identified and met.
• Implement effective account retention and defense strategies.
• Maintain awareness of large and complex claim-related matters, assisting claims colleagues in negotiating equitable settlements.
• Stay informed about major classes of General insurance and relevant legislation, ensuring compliance and knowledge of new developments.

What you need to have:

• Preferably someone with 1-2 years of experience in insurance broking or underwriting.
• Strong commercial acumen and excellent client service skills, delivering technical, administrative, and consulting support.
