PAC Partners is seeking a motivated and ambitious Corporate Finance Intern to join our team. This role provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in capital raising and corporate advisory, working directly with senior executives and experienced advisers across live transactions.

As a Corporate Finance Intern, you will:

  • Assist in deal origination and execution, including capital raisings and M&A opportunities.
  • Contribute to pitch documents and investor presentations.
  • Support valuation analysis (multiples, DCF and blended approach)
  • Participate in roadshows and due diligence processes (IPOs, rights issues).
  • Draft key transaction documents such as term sheets, prospectuses, and investor decks.
  • Conduct market research and provide strategic insights.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and liaise with external advisers (lawyers, accountants).
  • Gain exposure to senior corporate leadership including CEOs, CFOs and Boards.

Who we are seeking:

  • A penultimate or final-year student in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or a related field.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
  • A strong communicator with the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
