The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced
Project Manager
to join the delivery team, initially on a $60M luxury apartment project in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs.

This is a pivotal role where you'll take ownership of the entire construction process, from procurement through to delivery, working closely with senior leadership, consultants, and subcontractors to deliver a premium product.

The Role
Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Managing end-to-end delivery of high-end residential and mixed-use projects
  • Overseeing procurement, subcontractor agreements, and commercial performance
  • Driving program, quality, and safety objectives across all stages of delivery
  • Liaising with architects, consultants, and design teams to resolve buildability issues
  • Monitoring cost control, forecasting, and reporting to senior management
  • Leading site teams and fostering collaboration across trades and project stakeholders

About You

  • Degree qualified in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline
  • 5+ years' experience in a Project Manager role, ideally with high-end residential or mixed-use projects
  • Proven track record managing projects $40M+ from start to finish
  • Strong commercial and contractual acumen
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience within a developer-builder environment will be highly regarded
