We're looking for a Sales Administrator to join our Launceston team, providing high-level support to our consultants and ensuring seamless sales campaign delivery.

About the Role

As a Sales Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Property Consultants with:

  • Coordinating property marketing and campaign activities

  • Processing contracts, agreements, and compliance documentation

  • Liaising with vendors, purchasers, and conveyancers to ensure smooth transactions

  • Creating marketing collateral including brochures, signboards, and digital campaigns

  • Managing database updates, listings, and social media templates

  • Complete sales trust accounting processes including reconciliations and settlements

This is a dynamic role suited to someone with exceptional organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong administration and time-management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple deadlines

  • Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, Adobe, and Google Workspace

  • A team-focused mindset with the ability to build strong relationships

  • Experience in trust accounting or willingness to learn is highly regarded
