The role

The Sales Support role provides our sales team with administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient sales operations. Attention to detail and excellent customer service abilities are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Providing support to our sales team with administrative tasks
  • Maintaining procurement data and pricing schedules
  • Assisting with management of B2B customer ordering portal
  • Developing customised product range plans for customer requirements
  • Customer service in store and responding to phone enquiries as required

Skills & Experience

  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience in administration and customer service
  • Proficiency in spreadsheet operations, and capable of learning new software
  • A positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively within a small team
