The building, originally an 1890s pub, stands as one of the area's most iconic structures. This historic setting provides a unique backdrop for visitors keen to experience the quintessential Sydney.

About the Role:

We are currently seeking a meticulous and committed Part Time Hotel Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our Front Office.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Front Desk Operations:

  • Daily front desk operations.
  • Guest check-ins and check-outs.
  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints.

2. Guest Services:

  • Record and respond to guest feedback.
  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation in front office and lobby.

3. Food & Beverage Duties:

  • Assist with making coffee and basic drinks during check in.

4. Coordination and Communication:

  • Work with Housekeeping and Maintenance for quality rooms and services.
  • Ensure proper accounting practices as per SOPs.

5. Safety and Security:

  • Ensure safety and security of hotel, guests, and patrons.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Experience in hotel management or a related hospitality field (preferred)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to customer service.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Comfortable using booking/PMS systems and basic tech tools.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Must have the right to work in Australia.
