As Facilities Supervisor of the 'The Terraces' you will provide effective operational management across the aged care facility buildings and its grounds.

**The Job**:
Reporting to the Facility Manager The Terraces Paddington you will:
Provide effective operational management of the services and maintenance of the building and grounds of The Terraces Paddington to ensure the long term viability of the building
Manage the capital works and maintenance program for the buildings and grounds
Manage and oversee the operation and maintenance of the air conditioning, electrical, IT, access control, plumbing systems and other essential services
Source and manage the appointment of contractors in relation to building works

**Be part of a team which assures the delivery of excellence in**: all site services; the physical environment and customer service
Ensure compliance with regulatory and legislative standards
Maintain financial performance to budget
Actively participate in a 'service' culture that is professional and exemplifies the standard of living, choice and care standards available at The Terraces
Perform in a manner consistent with and reflective of the organisation's aims, objectives and mission

**Skills and experience**:
Demonstrated experience in building and facility management including building maintenance, services and upgrades.
Knowledge of the workings of air conditioning, electrical, fire, plumbing and essential service systems
Trade qualification or demonstrated hands on experience
Strong capacity to build relationships with older people
Track record of achieving KPI's
Customer service orientation
Good communication - verbal and written
Ability to prioritise work in a complex environment
Intermediate MS Office skills
