THE ROLE
They are seeking a detail-oriented Contracts Administrator. As the Contracts Administrator, you'll be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and coordinating the execution of contracts, maintaining accurate documentation, and tracking key milestones to ensure compliance and timely delivery. You'll work closely with internal teams and external partners to support contract governance, risk management, and partner onboarding. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on structure, can manage multiple priorities, and has hands-on experience in contract administration within a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Draft, review, and coordinate execution of contracts, MoUs, and grant agreements.
- Maintain accurate contract registers, templates, and supporting documentation.
- Track key milestones, deliverables, expiry dates, and obligations.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate contract reviews, amendments, extensions, and risk assessments.
- Serve as the primary contact for contract-related queries and partner communication.
- Support onboarding of new partners, including collection of compliance documentation.
- Generate contract status reports and assist with milestone-based reporting and payments.
- Identify and escalate issues related to delays, non-compliance, or variations.
- Maintain secure storage and archiving of all executed contracts.
- Contribute to internal audits through accurate record-keeping and data integrity.
- Foster positive relationships to support smooth contract delivery.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in contract administration or legal administration.
- Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and work with diverse stakeholders in fast-paced settings.
- Ability to interpret and apply standard contract clauses and legal requirements.
- Familiarity with grant or funding agreements is advantageous.
- Experience with digital tools for document tracking and collaboration (e.g., ClickUp, ) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer literacy skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to continuous improvement.
- Team player with a strong work ethic and passion for quality outcomes.
- Comfortable working with remote stakeholders.
