I'm currently recruiting for a well-established construction company in Sydney's fitout and refurbishment space. This company delivers high-quality projects and has a strong market presence, specializing in works ranging from $5 million to $30 million. We're seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join their growing team and contribute to their continued success.
Responsibilities- Administer contracts from tender stage through to project completion
- Manage variations, progress claims, and extension of time (EOT) requests
- Engage with clients, subcontractors, and key stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and project timelines
- Monitor project financials, assist with cost control, and support procurement processes
- Provide general contract administration support to the project team
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Contract Administrator in the fitout/refurbishment sector
- Proven ability to manage contracts on projects valued between $5 million and $30 million
- In-depth knowledge of construction contracts (AS4000, D&C, etc.)
- Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Work on diverse, high-value fitout and refurbishment projects
