Contracts Administrator – High-End Residential Projects
Contract Role | Work From Home | Salary Commensurate with Experience
County Construction NSW Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to join our team on a contract basis. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work on two prestigious, high-end residential projects in Mosman.
About the Role:
- Manage the tendering process for all supplier and subcontractor packages.
- Administer and review contracts to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Work closely with the project team to support successful project delivery.
- Flexible work-from-home arrangement with site/project team engagement as required.
About You:
- Previous experience as a Contracts Administrator in high-end residential construction.
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts and tender processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and deliver results to deadlines.
