ManpowerGroup is seeking a seasoned MSP Recruitment Manager to lead our small Talent Acquisition Specialist (TAS) team within our flagship, Westpac MSP based in Sydney's CBD. This is a pivotal leadership role, responsible for tactical delivery, stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement. You'll act as second in command to the Westpac Program Director, ensuring service excellence, compliance and innovation across the program. Success in this role requires a deep understanding of complex systems and workflows, a passion for process improvement and the ability to inspire and lead in high-pressure environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach and manage the TAS team to meet delivery SLAs and performance goals
  • Act as the key escalation point and ambassador for service delivery excellence
  • Drive strategic initiatives and process improvements across the MSP
  • Present insights and enhance client satisfaction
  • Ensure program compliance and contribute to governance and QBRs
  • Support revenue growth opportunities and act as the 2IC to the Program Director
