MSP Recruitment Operations Team Leader

Lead operations for our flagship MSP program at Westpac, driving performance, process excellence, and innovation in a fast-paced, high-impact role.

12-month maternity leave contract)
supporting our MSP Program Director and leading a high-performing, small team of Workforce Specialists.

This is a pivotal role for someone who can hit the ground running, drive continuous improvement, and deliver exceptional service. If you've previously worked in MSP operations or led operations in a high-volume recruitment agency, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a small team of Workforce Specialists to meet performance goals and SLAs.
• Support the MSP Program Director in delivering strategic and operational outcomes.
• Manage rate reviews, award updates, and ensure compliance with workforce regulations.
• Oversee Statement of Work (SOW) processes and ensure accurate execution.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand client needs and allocate resources effectively.
• Drive operational efficiency through process improvement and data-driven decision-making.
• Gain valuable experience working on an upcoming CRM system.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Generate performance reports and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in MSP operations or as a Team Leader in a recruitment agency.
• Deep understanding of VMS platforms and workforce management systems.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills with a passion for developing teams.
• Exceptional attention to detail, thrives in process driven environments and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Experience with high-volume candidate operations and service delivery.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, drive performance and improve operational efficiency
