About the role Join MYOB as a Principal Developer - Salesforce and be part of a daring team that drives innovation As a Salesforce Principal Developer, your role will be a blend of a technical architect, solution designer and a hands-on engineering practitioner. Our Principal Engineers lead the design, development, testing, deployment, and operations of our technology solutions. You'll have the chance to create a significant impact by improving our business management platform, ensuring we stay at the forefront of technology.
About you To be considered for the role, you must be able to demonstrate: - Excellent technical experience in employing the Salesforce platform to architect and deliver end-to-end integrated solutions. - Drive the Salesforce technical roadmap, risk management, vendor evaluation, and system scalability planning. - Strong experience in building scalable, maintainable, event-driven architectures using modern integration patterns. - Collaborate with business stakeholders and product teams to translate functional and non-functional requirements into scalable technical solutions. - Demonstrated problem solving ability - able to translate complex problems into effective solutions. - Mentor and guide team members, promoting best practices, innovation, and continuous learning. - Build and manage CI/CD pipelines and source control workflows, ensuring reliable deployment processes.
Qualifications & Experience - Deep knowledge of programming languages: Java, Kotlin, Python, Node. JS, or JavaScript. - Experience with Salesforce DX, SFDX CLI, CI/CD tooling (GitHub/Bitbucket, Splunk/Sumologic) and test automation frameworks. - Knowledge and understanding building APEX code/classes, triggers, integrations, Visualforce/ Lightning UI components. - Experience in design and implementation of real-time and batch integration with Salesforce and other systems using REST/Bulk APIs. - Experience with Agile development environments, secure coding practices and security implementations. - Salesforce Certified Developer or Architect highly preferred - Experience in Data Cloud, Revenue Cloud and AI highly desirable.  Our Culture & Benefits   At MYOB our values are at the heart of everything we do.
