Job duties:

  • Managing end-to-end hiring processes across all levels of the organization, for both blue-collar and white-collar roles within manufacturing environment

  • Manage job postings, candidate communication, and interview processes, including offer letters and salary negotiations

  • Write contracts for promotions, transfers, and new hires in collaboration with department management

  • Maintain employee information by entering and updating employment and status-change data

  • Maintain employee confidence and protect operations by keeping human resource information confidential

  • Facilitate employment inductions and coordinate pre-employment medicals where applicable

  • Facilitate HR Trainings

  • Maintain quality service by following organisation standards, policies and procedures

  • Additional responsibilities as required by the company

Skills required for the position:

  • Minimum educational requirement: Bachelor in Human Resources, Law, Workplace Relations, or a similar competency; and/or Certified Human Resources Professional (AHRI)

  • Hands-on experience in working as a Recruitment Coordinator ideal

  • Ability to develop and nurture relationships/partnerships with a diverse range of stakeholders

  • Attention to detail, strong time management, and a high level of organizational skill are crucial

Valid Australian Driver's license essential.
