We are seeking a proactive and organised Recruitment Resourcer to join our dynamic recruitment team. This role will involve sourcing, interviewing, engaging, and shortlisting candidates for a variety of roles within the company. The ideal candidate will be highly detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills and a passion for connecting people with the right opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Sourcing:

  • Source candidates through online job boards, social media platforms (such as LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), and other candidate databases. Use innovative sourcing methods to attract both active and passive candidates.

Screening & Shortlisting:

  • Review CVs and applications, conduct initial telephone screenings, and assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and experience to ensure they meet role requirements.

Database Management:

  • Keep the candidate database up-to-date, ensuring all records are accurately maintained for current and future vacancies.

Candidate Engagement:

  • Engage with potential candidates via email, phone, or other communication platforms to provide them with information about job roles, the company, and the recruitment process.

Collaboration with Recruiters and Hiring Managers:

  • Work closely with the recruitment team and hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a strong match between candidates and roles.

Job Ad Creation:

  • Assist in drafting clear, engaging job advertisements to attract the right candidates for available positions.

Interview Coordination:

  • Organise and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring the process is smooth and efficient.

Market Research:

  • Keep up to date with recruitment trends and market conditions to identify the most effective sourcing techniques.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Experience with sourcing candidates using job boards, social media platforms, and databases.

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.

  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

  • Previous experience in a recruitment or HR-related role is preferred, but not essential.
