We are seeking a motivated Owners Corporation Manager to join our team.

The Opportunity:

This is a full-time, permanent position based in our Melbourne office. As an OC Manager, you will play the leading role in managing a portfolio of premium high-end buildings.

Your work will directly with committees to contribute to the smooth operation, maintenance, and governance of some of Melbourne's most prestigious buildings.

Your Day-to Day:

  • Manage a portfolio of OC properties, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repairs of common areas, collaborating with contractors for quality outcomes.
  • Lead AGMs and owners' meetings, preparing agendas, reports, and minutes with clear communication.
  • Provide expert advice to owners, committees, and residents on all OC-related matters.
  • Maintain financial records, budgets, and OC levies to ensure transparency and integrity.
  • Develop and implement management plans and long-term maintenance strategies.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience as an OC Manager, managing Tier 1 and 2 buildings.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Client-first mindset with a genuine desire to deliver outstanding service.
  • A current driver's license and vehicle to manage properties across the are.
