Role: Software Implementaion Consulant (Workforce Management Solutions)

We are looking for a Project Service Consultant to deliver rostering solutions across the entire project lifecycle, from consultancy, design, and configuration to implementation, training, and support.

You will have extensive experience of WFM, rostering and scheduling as well as the ability to be hands on with the software implementation for the end user.

What You'll Do:

  • Deliver projects end-to-end, working closely with customers, colleagues, and third-party suppliers
  • Support pre-sales and post-sales activities as required
  • Scope, design, and implement application, integration, and reporting solutions
  • Provide customer training, knowledge transfer, and go-live support
  • Work closely with development teams to coordinate required customer developments
  • Ensure seamless handover to the Customer Success or support team
  • Monitor project progress, utilisation, and alignment with revenue targets

What We're Looking For:

Essential

  • Rostering software implementation expertise across the project lifecycle (process analysis, configuration, training, testing, go-live)
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, documentation, and presentation skills
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and planning abilities
  • Self-motivated, results-focused, and able to work independently and in a team

Desirable:

  • PRINCE2, CAPM, or PMP certification
  • MCSE, MCP, or equivalent
  • Knowledge of field workforce management solutions
  • Experience in change management, system integration, or transformational projects
  • MS SQL Server, SSRS, Visio, and advanced MS Office skills
  • Influencing and negotiation skills
