Role: Service Delivery Management - Java Applications (Airport/Airline/ Aviation Domain)
Location: Sydney/ Brisbane

Job Description:
- Lead end-to-end service delivery of Java-based applications in the Airport/Airline domain ensuring high availability and performance.
- Manage incident, problem, and change processes to maintain application stability and compliance with SLAs.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders (airlines, airports, operations teams) to align IT services with aviation operational needs.
- Drive root cause analysis and implement preventive measures for recurring issues in mission-critical airline systems.
- Oversee development, deployment, and support of Java applications used for passenger services, flight operations, and ground handling.
- Ensure adherence to ITIL processes, security policies, and regulatory standards relevant to aviation.
- Coordinate with vendors, partners, and offshore teams for seamless delivery and support.
- Monitor KPIs, prepare service performance reports, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide technical leadership to support teams, mentoring them on Java and airline-specific applications.
- Act as a single point of accountability for application delivery, ensuring operational excellence in the airline/airport environment.
