About the role

As a Paving Swimming Pools professional at Century Pools Pty Ltd, you'll play a crucial role in creating exceptional outdoor spaces. This full-time position based in Brisbane, QLD, will have you working on the construction and maintenance of stunning pool environments, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

What you'll be doing

  1. Expertly paving and finishing swimming pool surrounds and decks using a variety of materials
  2. Collaborating with the broader construction team to coordinate pool installations and renovations
  3. Conducting regular maintenance and repairs on existing pool paving systems
  4. Adhering to all relevant building codes, safety regulations and company policies
  5. Delivering exceptional customer service and managing client expectations throughout projects
  6. Continuously upskilling and staying up-to-date with the latest paving techniques and materials

What we're looking for

  1. Extensive experience in swimming pool paving and construction, preferably within the sport and recreation industry
  2. Excellent understanding of various paving materials, installation methods and surface finishing techniques
  3. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team
  4. Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality, long-lasting work
  5. Current driver's licence and ability to travel to job sites as required
  6. Relevant trade qualifications or certifications (desirable)
