We're looking for an experienced Service Technician in QLD to join our expanding team of Water Filter Service Technicians

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a hands-on attitude who loves being on the road and providing excellent service.

About This Position

  • Service and maintain whole-of-house and reverse osmosis water filtration systems for our residential customers.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience with every interaction.
  • Work a full-time schedule, Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm, with some flexibility required. No weekend work required.
  • Your daily route will be efficiently mapped, primarily focusing on Brisbane's Central Suburbs, with occasional travel to the Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast.
  • A current driver's licence is essential for this role.

Key Skills + Experience Required

  • A hands-on problem-solver with a passion for great customer service.
  • Strong communication skills and a professional, friendly manner.
  • Experience in a trade, general maintenance, or a similar field is highly regarded but not essential.
  • Punctual, reliable, and self-motivated.
  • Required to complete a National Police Clearance & Drug and Alcohol Screen.
