About The Company

A global leader in medical devices is seeking a Field Services Technician in Brisbane. Working closely with engineers across Australia and reporting to the manager in Melbourne, the position involves providing support with repairs, installations, and servicing equipment at a wide range of medical clinics, hospitals, and specialised beauty clinics.

About the Role

  • Support and perform onsite installations, maintenance and repair on medical device equipment.
  • Review and make recommendations on solutions to determine source of problem
  • Work closely with Territory Managers (Sales) to ensure service deliverables are met
  • Coordinate problem resolution with external and internal stakeholders
  • Conduct training on safe operation of equipment to team and customers
  • Ability to prioritize service requests  and concise documentation

About You

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve problems - electronic, mechanical etc.
  • Tertiary Qualifications in Electronics/Electrical or Biomedical related field preferred
  • Hands on experience as a Service Engineer/Technician with relevant equipment – experience with lasers/pneumatics/printing equipment highly regarded
  • Valid driver's license and safe driving record
  • Full working rights in Australia
