We're looking for a hands-on, proactive technician to join our team supporting a major
Defence Sustainment Contract
. This is your opportunity to apply your trade across a mix of workshop and field service work, contributing to projects that matter.


What You'll Be Doing

  • Carrying out preventative and corrective maintenance on modern Defence assets.
  • Supporting Planned and Routine Maintenance programs, as well as ad hoc repairs.
  • Working closely with the Maintenance Manager and Project Team to ensure equipment is mission-ready.
  • Travelling to various sites across Australia (mostly during business hours) to provide on-site support.
  • Using your mechanical expertise to keep critical systems running smoothly.


What We're Looking For

  • TAFE-qualified Technician or Mechanic (Cert II/IV or equivalent apprenticeship).
  • 3 - 5 years' experience in mechanical systems across various machinery types.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Current Driver's Licence (essential) and Forklift Licence (or willingness to obtain).
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Baseline Security Clearance (Australian citizenship required).
