About the role

Scaussie Electrical is seeking an experienced Office Administration Manger to join our team in Caloundra West, Queensland. This full-time role will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and operational management duties within our business.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage all office operations and procedures efficiently through our trade-based software platform simPRO.
  • Managing and coordinating schedules for field staff electricians daily.
  • Handling various tasks such as managing phone calls, emails, creating and dispatching jobs, invoicing and reconciliation.
  • Providing excellent customer service to our clients and suppliers.
  • Assisting with the implementation of office policies and procedures
  • Participating in special projects and initiatives as required
  • Hours are 7.30am - 4pm, Monday - Friday

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience as an Office Administrative Manager or in a similar administrative role using simPRO.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  • High proficiency in using the simPRO platform having supported a trade business background is beneficial.
  • Experience in general Microsoft Office suite, Excel, Word, Outlook.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all aspects of work.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to contribute to the success of the business.
