What You'll Be Doing:

This is a fast-paced and varied role where no two days are the same. Your responsibilities will be crucial to our success and will include:

• Order & Customer Management:

• Managing the end-to-end order process in our system (simpro), ensuring accuracy from data entry to completion.

• Acting as a key contact for our customers, providing exceptional service via phone and email.

• Creating picking slips and coordinating with the team to ensure orders are ready for dispatch.

• Logistics & Scheduling:

• Taking full ownership of the daily delivery schedule, coordinating drivers and routes for maximum efficiency.

• Organising the most cost-effective freight solutions, liaising with both internal and external providers.

• Coordinating the pickup of leftover stock from job sites in a timely manner.

• Warehouse & Inventory Operations:

• Operating the forklift (licence required) to safely receive and manage incoming stock.

• Picking and preparing stock for both supply-only and installation jobs.
• Conducting weekly stocktakes and performing quality assurance checks to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Providing backup support to our truck driver as needed to ensure deliveries are always on schedule.

What You'll Bring:

We're looking for a practical, reliable, and switched-on individual. The right attitude and a willingness to learn are essential. To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A current Forklift Licence - Essential.
• A valid Australian Driver's Licence - Essential.
• A hands-on attitude; you're not afraid to get involved in the warehouse or help the team wherever needed.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet, especially when coordinating logistics.
• Strong computer literacy and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• A proactive and self-motivated work ethic, with a knack for time management and organisation.
• Great communication skills and a professional, customer-focused approach.
