About the role
We are looking for a Full-Time Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team.
Responsibilities include:
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role
- Managing a section - food preparation, cooking and plating to standard
- Compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
- Receiving deliveries and food storage
- Monitor and manage stock
- Individual efficiency or as a part of the team
- Excellent knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage a team and work well under pressure
- Attention to detail and creativity in menu planning & dish creation
Skills and experience
At least 3 years of professional kitchen experience, strong knife skills, experience in Turkish/Mediterranean cuisine. Be able to handle service pressure, guide junior team members and good communication.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
