About The Role
Reporting to the Strategy Director, the Strategy Manager oversees campaign execution, mentors junior team members, and contributes to client discussions. They are responsible for aligning performance marketing strategies with client objectives and integrating SEO and CRM elements into broader campaign initiatives. Ultimately, you're responsible for the retention and growth of your clients by creating a seamless experience as you champion their vision and share your digital knowledge and performance strategies. You thrive by understanding and problem-solving your clients' challenges while building creative and innovative strategies backed by insights and expertise linked to the digital landscape, their company, category, customers and competitors.
The ideal candidate will have;
- 3 years hands-on digital marketing agency experience, independent agency exp preferred.
- At least 2 years working on enterprise level accounts.
- Experience working across omni-channel campaigns for 5-6 clients at one time.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversees advertising campaign execution, mentors junior team members, and contributes to client discussions in regard to advertising strategies.
- Aligning performance marketing strategies with client objectives and integrating SEO and CRM elements into broader campaign initiatives.
- Advanced Campaign Management: Manage complex campaign execution with a focus on strategic objectives.
- Strategy Development: Develop and execute best in class performance marketing strategies aligned with client objectives.
- Budget Oversight: Manage and allocate campaign budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and achieving KPI targets.
- Client Relations: Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and providing basic strategic guidance where needed
- Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to meet objectives.
- Mentorship and training: Mentor junior specialists and senior specialists, providing support and training on best practices
About You
- Advanced applied knowledge of 2+ performance marketing channels and tools
- Highly skilled in relevant analytics and reporting platforms (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights
- Ability to manage multiple, mid - heavy weight client campaigns and make advanced optimisations to improve campaign performance
- Able to autonomously and effectively troubleshoot campaigns, tracking, pixels and data feeds
- Ability to conduct detailed sales audits for mid-weight prospective new clients
- Highly skilled in time management for self and others - strong ability to meet deadlines, prioritise tasks and support others workload effectively
- Takes ownership of learning for self and others, provides regular feedback to management and provides suggestions for growth
- Facilitates team initiatives, training and activities to encourage participation and growth of other staff and leads by example
- Exceptional and timely written and verbal communication works collaboratively with other teams - ability to be client facing with support
- Leads positive external partnerships and confidently represents the values of the agency
- Ability to effectively manage day to day client communications where needed, providing actionable recommendations and insights where required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
