**Your Mission**: As the Capability and Development Manager, you will be the catalyst for growth, helping colleagues excel by defining and maintaining commercial operational standards and delivering key capabilities. Reporting to the **Head of Strategy and Business Excellence**, you will maximize our organization's potential through our people and launch excellence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Facilitate a seamless onboarding experience for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into our culture and processes.
- Manage the sales certification process, maintaining high standards of knowledge and skills across the team.
- Collaborate with global and local experts to keep our learning assets current and relevant, adapting them to meet the unique needs of the Australian market.
- Drive continuous competency development through targeted training and coaching initiatives, enhancing the impact of our field-facing teams.
- Coordinate launch readiness and excellence for new products, ensuring our teams are well-prepared and equipped to succeed.
