What you'll be doing

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the venue, including managing staff, inventory, and budgets
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, enhance customer satisfaction
  • Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing team
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures
  • Collaborate with the wider business to contribute to the overall strategy and direction of the company
  • Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming in-store experience

What we're looking for

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a hospitality management role, preferably within quick service restaurants (QSR).
  • Experience leading a team in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen.
  • A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
