About The Role
Our Health Information Support Officer is a key member of the Health Information Services Department.
This role is working onsite in the HIS Office, it is a permanent part tiime role, and is 4 days a week.
We are looking for an enthusiastic administrator to join our diverse, compassionate and dedicated team to provide effective and efficient administrative support and customer service in a busy health care setting.
Your main duties will include:
- The Health Information Support Officer is responsible for the data management, reporting and analysis, internally and externally to regulatory bodies including the Department of Health.
- You will be required to oversee the integrity and suitability of the data management system in order to provide valid and appropriate information (data sets).
- You will be responsible user training and materials, system updates and data compliance audits.
About you:
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
- Demonstrated organisational skills, integrity and professionalism
- Demonstrated ability to work both within a team environment and autonomously
- Proficient knowledge and application of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience in similar role
