Synchro partners is partnering with a leading organisation undergoing a transformation and is looking for a skilled PMO Analyst to join the team.

The role revolves around supporting Transformation initiatives, providing transparency and control across multiple workstreams, and ensuring governance and compliance through robust financial, resource, and reporting practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee financial planning, track expenditure, and report on variances across multiple workstreams.
  • Assist in workforce planning, allocation, and monitoring to ensure efficient project delivery.
  • Maintain key program documentation, including RAID logs, resourcing trackers, and governance records.
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and presentation materials for leadership and stakeholder updates.
  • Utilise Atlassian tools (Jira & Confluence) to support program tracking and align reporting with governance standards.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to provide guidance and identify opportunities to improve program management practices.

Key Requirements

  • Hands on experience of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, accruals, variance analysis, and cost modelling.
  • Advanced Excel capabilities (pivot tables, lookups, formulas, charts) and familiarity with Power BI or comparable analytics platforms.
  • Experience using Atlassian Jira & Confluence, including creating dashboards, queries (JQL), and integrating governance documentation.
  • Proven ability to maintain and report on program artefacts such as RAID logs and resource trackers.
  • Skilled in preparing reports and executive-level presentation packs for decision-making.
  • Knowledge of change control, risk management, and program governance frameworks (P3O, PRINCE2, or Agile fundamentals is a plus).
