About the role

Our client is seeking a PMO Governance Analyst with exceptional Smartsheet administration skills to

support a busy PMO focused on strengthening operational frameworks and improving project

systems. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, process improvement and driving

efficiency through governance and technology.

More than 2 years experience as Smartsheet administrator is essential for success in this role.

The successful candidate will work closely with the PMO team to enhance governance processes,

develop frameworks and lead systems development initiatives that improve performance and

compliance.

This is a hybrid role and candidates must be willing to work 3 days in the office.

This is a fixed term 12 month contract.

Responsibilities

  • Previous experience in governance, compliance or systems development
  • Proven Smartsheet configuration experience (must-have)
  • Strong coordination and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Skilled in developing frameworks, documentation, and reporting for leadership
  • Comfortable working on-site in Melbourne

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong business acumen in project planning and management
  • Strong verbal, written, and organisational skills
  • Two or more years as a smartsheet administrator
  • Project Management certifications (PMP/PRINCE2) are looked on favorably
