Role Overview

We are seeking a
mid-level PMO Analyst
with experience in
architecture, solution analysis, and governance
to support enterprise-level programs and projects. The successful candidate will coordinate project governance activities, support architectural oversight, and ensure compliance with organizational standards.

This role is ideal for someone who combines
strong analytical skills, project management acumen, and architectural understanding
, bridging the gap between technical teams, business stakeholders, and governance functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support
    program and project governance
    , including monitoring timelines, deliverables, and compliance with standards.
  • Assist in
    architecture and solution analysis
    , reviewing technical designs and ensuring alignment with enterprise principles.
  • Maintain and update
    project documentation
    , dashboards, reports, and architectural artifacts.
  • Support
    risk and issue management
    , ensuring mitigation strategies are implemented.
  • Facilitate
    stakeholder engagement
    , coordinating between business, technical, and architecture teams.
  • Track compliance with
    internal policies, governance frameworks, and regulatory standards
    .
  • Participate in
    PMO meetings, architecture reviews, and project workshops
    to provide analytical insights.

Skills & Experience

  • Solid understanding of
    enterprise and solution architecture principles
    and frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Microsoft CAF).
  • Proven experience in
    project/program governance, PMO support, or project coordination
    .
  • Strong
    analytical and problem-solving skills
    for evaluating solutions and identifying improvements.
  • Familiarity with
    governance frameworks and regulatory compliance
    (energy, utilities, or IT sector advantageous).
  • Excellent
    communication and stakeholder management
    skills.
  • Experience with
    documentation, reporting, dashboards, and project tracking tools
    (JIRA, MS Project, Confluence, etc.).
  • Exposure to
    Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project methodologies
    .
