We are looking for a motivated and experienced team player to join our Solahart dealer that represents Solahart in the Eastern suburbs of Melbourne. Work in a small friendly team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure exceptional levels of customer service.
  • Convert incoming leads into sales appointments for our sales consultants.
  • Supporting the sales function and follow up of new and existing leads.
  • Handle communications in a professional manner with customers as a first point of contact with the company at reception and on the phone.
  • Administration processing of solar installation paperwork.
  • Processing customer Invoices, rebate claims and customer orders.
  • The role is approximately 50% handling customers inquiries and 50% Administration duties.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a sales and/or administrative role

Skills:

  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Great phone manner and able to speak to all customers with professionalism and enthusiasm
  • Ability to convert incoming enquiries into sales appointments
  • Regarded as a people person
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Familiarity with office technology, procedures and best practices
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
