Job Description- Permanent, Full Time
- Hybrid
Join Acknowledge Education as an International Records Officer, coordinate with academics, support staff, current and incoming students to ensure compliance through proper documentation and records keeping. You will play a key role in maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and efficiency across all student records and compliance processes.
- Ensure compliance with AE's polices & procedures related to academic records and student privacy.
- Processing student course variation requests through the workflow system.
- coordinate with academic & placement staff to ensure correct information updated to the RTO management system for course variation requests
- Where required issue Letter of offers in accordance with the AE policies and procedures.
- Issue Electronic confirmation of Enrolments (ECOE) in accordance with PRISMs and AE policies and procedures.
- process the non-returning, non-payment, course progress reporting, including accurate, timely updating of RTO and reporting visa PRISMS, meeting the 30 day requirement.
- Remain up to date with federal and state regulations related to student records and privacy.
- Responding to enquiries (in person, by phone, email etc.), sourcing information, following up and providing responses in a timely manner.
- Other administrative duties as allocated by the Management.
Essential
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing records and compliance processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Team-orientated with a collaborative approach.
Desirable
- Experience using PRISMs to process and report student enrolments.
- Previous experience in academic administration or compliance within the education sector.
- Understanding of federal and state regulations related to student records and privacy.
