About the Role:

This in-office full time role is perfect for a proactive and results-driven sales professional who preferably understands the metal fabrication industry or similar. You'll work closely with our production and design teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients, manage incoming inquiries, and identify new business opportunities. Attractive salary package for the successful candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the metal fabrication sector
  • Understand client requirements and collaborate with the technical team to deliver solutions
  • Prepare estimates after liaising with new and established clients
  • Calculate costs and procurement of materials
  • Follow up on quotes and proposals
  • Manage customer records and sales
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in metal fabrication or a related industry
  • Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience is required
  • Estimating experience preferred or willing to be coached
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with a drive to succeed and close deals
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
