Your Role
  • Lead the end-to-end CRM architecture across Oracle RightNow, Fusion Sales, Fusion Service, and Eloqua platforms.
  • Translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performance CRM solutions.
  • Conduct solution design workshops and develop architecture blueprints, data flow diagrams, and integration frameworks.
  • Drive requirements gathering and produce comprehensive solution design documents, including sales and service process flows, integration architecture, and effort estimations.
  • Configure and manage integrations between Oracle B2C Service, Oracle CX modules, and Eloqua.
  • Maintain and optimize core functional areas such as Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Opportunities, Quotes, Activities, Incidents, Mailings, Customer Portal and other standard CRM objects.
  • Execute tasks related to File-Based Data Import/Export and data migration activities.
Your Profile
  • Over 10 years of proven experience in CRM architecture and implementation.
  • Extensive hands-on expertise with Oracle RightNow (Service Cloud), Oracle Fusion Sales & Service, and Eloqua.
  • Architect and implement solutions across Oracle B2C Service, Oracle CX Sales & Service, and Eloqua.
  • Oracle Eloqua : Knowledge of Eloqua features including: Custom Data Objects, Campaign Automation, Data Synchronization and Integration, Eloqua APIs
