We are seeking highly motivated Customer Experience Officers to join our Taxi Trucks and Customer Experience Departments. There is opportunity for a permanent and Casual positions that requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, and the ability to work autonomously within a fast-paced team environment. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Handling inbound and outbound customer service inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Ensuring all telephone calls are answered promptly and professionally.
  • Managing the booking of on-demand jobs with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Providing superior customer service by ensuring that client bookings are taken efficiently and accurately.
  • Identifying and resolving any potential delivery issues before they impact the clients, and proactively informing them of any delays.
  • Following up on services by liaising with clients, subcontractors, and operations teams.
  • Proactively identifying growth opportunities within portfolios and fostering client retention through relationship-building.
  • Ensuring clear communication and resolution of service issues between the client, subcontractor, and team.
