We are looking for a Client Service Manager to join our professional team based on the Sunshine Coast.  The successful candidate will directly assist the financial adviser.  This role is office based and can be full-time or permanent part-time for the right candidate with flexible daily working hours.

You will benefit from joining a team who are friendly, motivated and professional in their day-to-day pursuits.  The right candidate for this role will possess a high level of motivation and aspire to exceed client expectations.

You will be responsible for providing accurate and timely administrative support, while actively contributing to process improvements.

The core function of this role is to ensure the smooth implementation of advice for new and existing clients, as a liaison between the adviser and the client, and to provide client service support to the business.

Key responsibilities of the Client Service Manager will be:

  • Managing the implementation of advice and completing post-implementation checks;
  • Preparing documentation for client meetings;
  • Providing ongoing day to day administration, and developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients;
  • Liaising with relevant stakeholders, for example, Super Funds, investment platforms, Insurers, Centrelink;
  • Managing workflow;
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures and regulatory framework at all times;
  • Scheduling and confirming client appointments and managing the adviser's calendar;

Our ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Experience in client services in the financial planning industry;
  • Demonstrate strength in working within compliance and regulatory framework;
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;
  • Attention to detail and accuracy;
  • Able to build lasting and trusted relationships with clients and external stakeholders;
  • Both work as part of a team and independently;
  • Excellent computer literacy and confident phone manner;
