Programmed Skilled Workforce are currently looking for enthusiastic Client Service Officers to join a well-established client service team within a large sport and recreation venue. The venue operates 24/7 and provides facilities and services in both a community leisure centre and residential accommodation setting, and hosts activities and events for large school, community, and sporting groups. The Client Service Officer contributes to the overall experience for visitors and requires an organised individual with strong customer service who can work in a fast-paced environment both autonomously and in a cohesive team.

**CLIENT SERVICE OFFICER**

Sunshine Coast Recreation Precinct

Positions are available as;
- Permanent full time and part time positions available up to 38 hours per week
- Annual salary 55k - 70k pending on experience + Superannuation + Leave Loading
- Casual opportunities - $39.07 per hour
- Available for shifts Monday to Sunday between 6am - 9pm.

Position based on the Sunshine Coast (adjacent to Currimundi Beach)

Programmed Skilled Workforce are currently looking for enthusiastic Client Service Officers to join a well-established client service team within a large sport and recreation venue.

The venue operates 24/7 and provides facilities and services in both a community leisure centre and residential accommodation setting, and hosts activities and events for large school, community, and sporting groups.

The Client Service Officer contributes to the overall experience for visitors and requires an organised individual with strong customer service who can work in a fast-paced environment both autonomously and in a cohesive team.

Duties and responsibilities will include, however are not limited to:

- Coordination of group arrivals and departures, including client inductions and collation of client feedback
- Administrative and reception duties including point of sale transactions
- Small and large event coordination
- General operational duties including coordination of seated meals, facility set up and pack downs and emergent cleaning
- Coordination of emergency & incident response

What we are looking for:

- Ideally previous experience in a similar role (tourism, recreation, and hospitality industries) - site specific training will be provided
- Positive Paid Blue Card - mandatory (obtained prior to commencement)
- Current first aid and CPR certificate (or willingness to obtain)
