The Opportunity:
We're looking for a friendly and organised Client Services Assistant to be the welcoming face and backbone of our client experience. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, thrives on helping others, and wants to grow in a professional services environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact for clients via phone, email, and in-person
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for the team
- Assist with onboarding new clients, including collecting documents and guiding them through our processes
- Maintain and update client records in our systems
- Support the team with administrative tasks such as document preparation, filing, and correspondence
- Help coordinate client communications and reminders for key deadlines
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented office culture
About You:
- Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role (experience in an accounting or professional services firm is a plus)
- Confident communicator with a friendly, professional manner
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable learning new systems and processes (experience with Xero, XPM, or similar is an advantage)
- Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
- Proactive, reliable, and a team player
