Fund Manager & Mortgage Lender
· Do you have organisational and bookkeeping skills?
· Can you talk with Brokers & manage loan processing?
· Have you got Xero experience?
An opportunity for a Accounts/Admin Officer with strong organisational skills and Xero experience to join our growing team, reporting directly to the Financial Accountant.
A self-starter with a can-do attitude who is organised and can assist in all aspects of our growing business can progress in time to learn how loan credit works. Flexible work hours requests will be considered
Work duties include:
· Talking directly with Brokers on loan management
· Manage customer accounts
· Daily transactional bookkeeping including maintaining accounts payable
· Assist with loan compliance requirements
Skills Required:
· Experience in a bookkeeping / accounts environment
· Keen eye for detail
· Highly organised
· Able to work independently
· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
· Experience with Xero
