Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct internal, supplier, and subcontractor audits as part of the quality team;
  • Track and analyse quality performance metrics; prepare and present regular reports to leadership;
  • Train staff on quality procedures, standards, and best practices;
  • Support investigations into deviations, complaints, and non-conformance, and ensure timely CAPA implementation;
  • Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of quality assurance policies, procedures, and documentation.
  • Assist in the review and approval of documentation such as SOPs, work instructions, and training materials;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of continuous improvement;
  • Manage supplier prerequisite programs;
  • Monitor and trend farm milk performance.

What you will bring to the role:

Essentially you will have a strong understanding of food safety standards and best practice, experience in a similar role and a qualification in Food Science/Technology or a related discipline.
