Indigeco is partnering with the NSW Government to source a Project Officer within the Transformation Program Delivery team. This role provides key coordination and administrative support to large-scale transformation and enablement initiatives within the Enterprise, Transformation & Change division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide project coordination and administrative support to transformation and enablement programs.
  • Prepare and maintain PowerPoint packs, meeting papers, and governance documents for steering committees and union forums.
  • Coordinate meetings, calendars, and communications with executive assistants and project stakeholders.
  • Maintain data trackers, registers, and reporting tools to monitor progress and milestones.
  • Support the preparation of briefs, reports, and project updates in line with Transport's methodologies.
  • Liaise with multiple internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of project outcomes.
  • Assist with organisational design documentation, including coordination of role descriptions and related materials.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of project systems, templates, and communication processes.

Key Requirements:

  • Demonstrated project coordination or project support experience within government or large organisations.
  • Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel with proven ability to manage trackers and prepare reporting materials.
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrix environment and manage competing priorities.
  • High attention to detail and proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Previous NSW Government experience is highly desirable.
  • Exposure to transformation, change, or organisational enablement programs will be well regarded.

Additional Information:

  • Hybrid role: 1 day in office (increasing to 2–3 days in the new year).
  • No extension beyond the 6-month term.
