Smile Square Dental Care in Kalamunda is seeking a motivated and personable Front Office Coordinator to join our warm and professional team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys delivering exceptional patient service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greeting patients and creating a positive, welcoming first impression
  • Managing appointment schedules, recalls, bookings, and cancellations
  • Coordinating patient flow to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Responding to phone and email enquiries
  • Processing payments, health fund claims, and end-of-day reconciliation
  • Assisting with treatment plans, follow-ups, and patient communication
  • Handling administrative duties, stock ordering, and front office systems
  • Learning and adapting to dental practice management software with full training provided
  • Supporting the clinical team with strong organisation and communication

About You

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has dental reception or front office experience (preferred but not essential)
  • Is willing to travel to alternative clinic locations for training when required
  • Communicates clearly and professionally
  • Is warm, patient-focused, and confident under pressure
  • Can multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Is reliable, organised, and able to work independently
  • Enjoys being part of a supportive team
  • Has Australian work rights and is eligible to work in Australia
