Kalamunda Christian School (KCS), nestled in the beautiful suburb of Walliston, has been shaping young lives for over 40 years. We are seeking a professional and strategic CorporateServices Manager to join our team in an ongoing position commencing on the 12 th January 2026. This role can be either full-time or part-time (0.8 FTE), depending on both your experience and your preference.

You will demonstrate a genuine relationship with Jesus Christ, a clear sense of calling to serve within SCEA, and a strong understanding of the purpose of Christian education. Reporting to the Principal and collaborating with the CFO, you will strategically oversee the school’s non-academic operations—finance, enrolments, marketing, HR, and facilities—to support high-quality, Christ-centred education and foster trust with the community.

Responsibilities

- Oversee the full enrolment process, including enquiries, tours, applications, and admissions, while maintaining accurate data and supporting marketing strategies to promote the school.

- Manage tuition and fee billing in collaboration with the SCEA Finance Team and initiate early-stage conversations with parents about overdue accounts.

- Build and maintain positive relationships with parents, community groups, and external agencies, supporting school events, fundraising, and partnerships.

- Act as a key point of contact for non-academic matters, ensuring effective and supportive communication with staff and parents.

- Work with the SCEA Finance Team to prepare budgets, produce financial reports, and ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.

- Supervise administrative and maintenance staff to ensure smooth daily operations and efficient service delivery.

- Oversee HR and payroll processes with support from central teams and assist with ICT infrastructure planning and implementation.

- Manage the maintenance and improvement of buildings, grounds, and assets, coordinating capital works and ensuring compliance with safety and risk standards.

Qualifications

- Demonstrates a personal commitment to Jesus Christ, regular church attendance, and alignment with SCEA’s Statement of Faith and Christian lifestyle values.

- Strong time management, ability to handle multiple tasks, maintain accurate records, and ensure attention to detail.

- Clear and professional in both verbal and written communication, with the ability to liaise effectively with staff, parents, and external stakeholders.

- Experienced in supervising and motivating administrative or support staff to achieve shared goals.

- Skilled in Microsoft Office, familiar with school management or CRM systems, and capable of basic IT troubleshooting.

- Proficient in managing invoices, petty cash, budgeting, and maintaining accurate financial records and reporting.

- Welcoming and professional in interactions, able to handle sensitive conversations with care and foster a positive office environment.

- Proactive, adaptable, and committed to improving processes and resolving issues efficiently.
