About the role

P.A.P. Heating Solutions (Soon to be ELEKTRA Australia) is seeking a talented Sales & Growth Executive to join our dynamic team. In this full-time role based in Mitchell, ACT, you will be responsible for driving new business development and expanding our customer base within the heating solutions industry.

What you'll be doing

  • Identifying and targeting new business opportunities through comprehensive market research and lead generation
  • Developing and executing effective sales strategies to secure new clients and contracts
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers
  • Negotiating and closing sales while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement targeted campaigns
  • Monitoring sales performance and providing detailed reports to the management team
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities and customer needs

What we're looking for

  • Proven track record in new business development and sales in the heating solutions industry (At least 3 years within sales or the trade industry)
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of sales experience required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build report and influence customers
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in using sales and CRM tools to track and analyse data
  • Degree or relevant qualification in sales, marketing or a related field
  • Account management experience required for customer service responsibilities
