Showroom Sales Consultant

About the role

A great opportunity has arisen within our newly created Builders Selection Centre as a Showroom Sales Consultant. This full time position will be based at Hudson Mitre10 Trade Centre Mitchell.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will ensure that the Showroom is maintained and managed to a high standard at all times, providing exceptional customer service and solutions at all times. You will liaise with Builders and their clients in the selection of a whole of house product range. You will create an environment that promotes strategic sales growth and ongoing customer relationship development.

What you will be doing
- Working with key supplier to maintain and develop showroom displays
- Manage exit strategy of obsolete product
- Facilitate product selections
- Consult with customers to plan and customise designs across selection centre categories
- Timely turnaround of product selections to quotation
- Accurate quote management processes in line with company expectations
- Aligned with Account Managers to develop strong ongoing relationships with key accounts
- Align with Store manager and Account managers to identify and grow whole of house sales opportunities
- Implement Local Marketing strategies aligned with Group Marketing Co Ordinator
