Receptionist

Mint Kitchens is looking for a Receptionist to look after our front of house. We have been established for 20 years delivering high quality commercial and detailed joinery.

Due to recent growth and a strong pipeline of projects we are looking for a Receptionist to join our dynamic team. With Mint you will have the opportunity to work with many leading local Builders.

This position offers a diverse range of responsibilities and duties. Whilst predominantly administration role.

**The duties of this role include the following**:
Processing a high volume of product orders

Processing sales invoices and following up on aged receivables.

Ensuring sales prices and contracts are up to date

Processing payroll

Supporting the sales team with general operations to help achieve the team's objectives

Receiving phone calls from Clients & Builders

Receive and greet customers within the showroom

Maintain a clean and presentable showroom and workspace

MS Office.

Proactive approach to all tasks

Ability to work unsupervised and part of a team

Great administrative skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Ability to manage a number of projects at the same time.

Basic bookkeeping skills

MYOB knowledge is preferable

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplementary Pay:

- Overtime pay

**Experience**:

- MS Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative: 1 year (preferred)
