  • Exciting opportunity to join Liquor & Gaming NSW within the Regulatory Excellence Team and establish a new function

  • This is a Clerk Grade 11/12 role with a salary range of $149,73 - $173,174 per annum plus superannuation

  • Temporary opportunity until June 2026 with potential to extend to October 2026

  • The role is based in Sydney NSW (hybrid working arrangements may be available within business operational needs)

About The Role

The Manager Knowledge and Innovation leads the development and implementation of strategies, systems,  and practices that enable the organisation to capture, share, and apply knowledge effectively. The role drives innovation and continuous improvement by working across the agency to foster a culture of learning, collaboration, and evidence-based decision-making, and to improve service delivery and organisational performance.

About You

A successful Manager Knowledge and Innovation will

  • Embed practical systems and behaviours that make knowledge sharing easy and valued, leveraging digital platforms and tools to enable seamless collaboration.

  • Inspire teams to innovate and improve how work is done, including adopting digital solutions that enhance efficiency and user experience.

  • Translate insights and lessons into tangible service or process improvements, using data analytics and digital technologies to inform decisions and measure impact.

  • Be a trusted advisor who champions modern, evidence-based approaches across the agency, advocating for smart digital practices and emerging technologies that support strategic goals.
