The Role
As
Innovation Lead
, you'll own the journey from client brief to purchase order.

  • Scope requirements and drive sample development
  • Present confidently to customers and hand projects to supply chain
  • Work closely with brand managers, formulators and packaging specialists
  • Challenge traditional manufacturing approaches while championing a modern, tech-driven model

Your impact will be felt in speed-to-market, stakeholder management and flawless delivery.
